這是最近以來最滿意的一道菜,看起來很pro,吃起來也真的好吃,真可惜這沒法是一道懶人菜,不然我一定想要常常弄,我多年前在芝加哥的時候,就試過一次,可是對自己買的紹興酒沒有信心,調味也調的不好,不滿意之後就沒在做過,最近注意到李錦記有醉雞汁,就迫不急待的趕快來做

西雅圖帶小小孩滑雪-滑雪場心得比較篇(Update-難易度百分比比較)



寫在前面,大家都說讓小孩去上滑雪課是最方便的方法,但是這還是因小孩而異的,我們第一次去滑雪場,就幫Katie報名了滑雪課,本來是團體課程,沒別的小孩還變成了一對一教學,但是因為老師有點心急,讓Katie稍稍感覺到速度,Katie嚇壞崩潰大哭,那一趟滑雪也就泡湯了,所以誠心的建議,頭兩次嘗試還是要爸媽親自帶,爸媽自己也別想滑雪,就穿一般的snow boots,專心伺候公主少爺滑雪,站在下坡,手牽著小孩,讓他朝自己慢慢下滑,減少不必要的恐懼感,這時小孩個性馬上可以看得出來,Carlos是不知所懼,勇往直前,喜好刺激,Katie剛開始緊張兮兮,需要慢慢建立熟悉感

這篇整個就是以帶小孩滑雪為出發點,所以滑雪高手的參考價值可能不高,因為我沒去過綠線以外的地方

西雅圖帶小小孩滑雪-裝備篇

Katie有個朋友,不到兩歲開始滑雪,現在四歲半已經在滑黑線,他的弟弟三歲,被逼得要上藍線(姊姊嫌其他的太慢),久而久之藍線也滑得不錯了,當然他們的爸媽本身也很會滑雪,這個冬天小咖也滿2歲了,Ben 在Halloween costume比賽贏了一些獎金,我們決定拿這筆錢投資小孩的裝備。

[cooking]偷吃步懶人菜~叉燒肉 Super easy Chinese cuisine BBQ pork


這是肥滋滋的肉還在架上的樣子



This time, we are going to introduce another great brand "Lee Kum Kee". It is famous by all kinds of sauce (ex, soy sauce, Oyster Flavored Sauce)

Barbecue Pork
Ingredients:
2Lbs pork butt(shoulder) or pork belly, Lee kum kee Chinese barbecue sauce

How to cook:
1.Cut the pork about 2 ins by 8 ins strips.
2.Put pork strips into a container(we use ziploc bag). Add in the BBQ sauce(pre-mix with water) ,stir well, then marinate for 2 hrs or longer.
3.Pre heat the oven to 400F. Broil pork strips for 30 mins. Rotate the pork strips, broil for another 20mins or until the surface is slightly crispy. Remove the pork from the oven, brush sauce on the pork evenly. Broil for another 10 mins and it is ready to serve.

這道涼拌菜 再簡單不過了,自從在朋友家吃過後,變成我們家每周一次的料理,自從我認真開菜單之後,會發現如果晚餐中有個涼拌菜,會輕鬆很多,如果其他的菜色再搭配不同的料理法,比如說有烤得有蒸的,不要全部熱炒,在開飯前就不會手忙腳亂拉,每個人都可以輕鬆搞定四菜一湯ㄉㄟ

[cooking]偷吃步懶人菜~蔭瓜雞湯 Super easy Chinese cuisine Oriental pickling melon chicken soup



今天滑雪回家之後,定時煮飯的電子鍋裡有香噴噴的飯跟香腸等著我們,加上冰箱裡的滷味,Ben快炒一個青菜,又煮了一個雞湯,10分鐘內就有三菜一湯上桌,真的太幸福了,尤其是那雞湯,簡單又好喝,忽然覺得我應該要記錄分享一下這種偷吃步的菜,

蔭瓜(香菇)雞湯

材料: 愛之味 蔭瓜罐頭, 雞肉(部位不限), 薑片

做法:

1.雞肉川燙洗淨去雜質去油(今天的有機雞背骨還真油滋滋的)
2.水中加入薑片,雞肉,(香菇) 蔭瓜罐頭(依雞肉分量酌量約半罐到一罐),滾後續煮約10分鐘,完成

重點來了,本人要試著寫成英文的....以便分享給我看不懂中文的鄰居(Megan...this is for you)

I am going to try to introduce some super easy Chinese cuisines in this blog. Hope someone will enjoy them.

First of all, I want to recommend a good brand for Chinese can food. It call 愛之味 AGV. It provides lots of "Pickles & Condiments" choices. Today's soup is going to use one of them.

Oriental pickling melon chicken soup (w/ mushroom)

Ingredients:

1.AGV Oriental pickling melon in sauce,
2.chicken(drumsticks or wings or back bone,don't use chicken breast)
3.slices of ginger
4.(optional)mushroom(dry or fresh)

How to cook:

1.Use hot water to clean chicken
2.Put all the ingredients into your pot and add water
3.boil the water and cook 10 more minutes
