[cooking]偷吃步懶人菜~粉蒸肉 Super easy Chinese cuisine Steam pork



一定要買真好家的蒸肉粉,用過別家的,有的很難吃,如果有在試過別家的不錯,再來推薦八,話說有一回我自己用地瓜粉亂調蒸肉粉,大家也都捧場,可是這是介紹懶人菜阿,簡單又味道正確最重要

做法:
1.先將小排或五花肉,牛肉等加醬油及少量米酒浸醃約20分鐘
2.將蒸肉粉均勻沾抹於肉之外表
3.用電鍋或蒸籠或一般鍋隔水蒸約40分鐘即成

可用馬鈴薯或地瓜或芋頭等墊底,再將肉舖上蒸食味道益增可口

This dish is a little bit like shake-n-bake, it is shake and steam.The powder is made by rice, so it is gluten free.

How to cook:
1.Cut pork(or beef) into cube(about inch X inch), you can use pork belly or butt or ribs. Marinated pork with soy sauce and white wine for 20 mins.
2.Coat the steam powder on the surface of pork.
3.Steam the pork for 40mins and it's done.

(optional) Layer potato, or sweet potato or taro under the pork. It's yummy!
