[cooking]偷吃步懶人菜~叉燒肉 Super easy Chinese cuisine BBQ pork

切開了果然甜美多汁

這兩張圖貼在BEN的FB得到不少迴響,看起來很pro其實不然,是非常簡單的一道菜,我想好吃是因為李錦記真的很厲害,還有我們的材料用的比較好blue valley訂的肉,BEN烤的用心....(我吃了肉嘴都甜了)

蜜汁烤叉燒
材料:梅頭肉(肩膀肉)或五花肉2Lbs,李錦記叉燒醬一罐
做法:
1.將豬肉切成兩吋X八吋的肉條
2.放入容器中(我們用封口袋)用叉燒醬醃兩個小時以上(我們醃過夜),醬汁非常黏稠可調水稀釋
3.烤箱預熱400F,鐵盤上放一個鐵架,肉條放在架上烤約30分鐘,翻面後再烤20分鐘或至微焦,取出肉排,均勻塗上一層醬,再放回烤箱烤10分鐘



This time, we are going to introduce another great brand "Lee Kum Kee". It is famous by all kinds of sauce (ex, soy sauce, Oyster Flavored Sauce)

Barbecue Pork
Ingredients:
2Lbs pork butt(shoulder) or pork belly, Lee kum kee Chinese barbecue sauce

How to cook:
1.Cut the pork about 2 ins by 8 ins strips.
2.Put pork strips into a container(we use ziploc bag). Add in the BBQ sauce(pre-mix with water) ,stir well, then marinate for 2 hrs or longer.
3.Pre heat the oven to 400F. Broil pork strips for 30 mins. Rotate the pork strips, broil for another 20mins or until the surface is slightly crispy. Remove the pork from the oven, brush sauce on the pork evenly. Broil for another 10 mins and it is ready to serve.
